Description

Buffalo Chicken Ranch Skillet Dip is a creamy, cheesy, spicy appetizer baked until bubbly and perfect for parties and game day.

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed

1/2 cup buffalo-style hot sauce

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

3 teaspoons dry ranch seasoning mix

1/2 cup sour cream

1 1/2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese

1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)

2 tablespoons sliced green onions (optional)

Chips or celery sticks, for serving

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo-style hot sauce.

3. Add the softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.

4. Spread the mixture evenly into an oven-safe skillet.

5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the dip is heated through and bubbly around the edges.

6. Carefully remove from the oven and stir to blend the melted cheese throughout.

7. Top with blue cheese crumbles and sliced green onions if desired. Serve hot with chips or crisp celery sticks.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and extra flavor.

Adjust the heat level by selecting mild or hot buffalo sauce.
