Description
Buffalo Chicken Ranch Roll-ups are creamy, spicy tortilla pinwheels made with ranch-seasoned cream cheese, hot sauce coated chicken, and fresh vegetables. Perfect for parties and easy entertaining.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken nuggets, chopped
1/3 cup hot sauce
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 to 5 (10-inch) whole wheat tortillas
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
Instructions
1. Prepare the chicken nuggets according to the package directions. Allow them to cool completely.
2. Chop the cooled nuggets into small pieces and place in a mixing bowl.
3. Pour the hot sauce over the chicken and stir until evenly coated.
4. In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
5. Stir in the ranch seasoning mix until fully combined.
6. Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of the ranch mixture to the edges.
7. Evenly layer the buffalo chicken, green onions, and tomatoes over the cream cheese mixture.
8. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape and wrap in plastic wrap.
9. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours to firm up.
10. Slice into 1-inch rounds and serve cold.
