Ingredients
30 pre-baked mini phyllo shells
1 cup cooked chicken breast, finely shredded
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup buffalo-style hot sauce
2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the phyllo shells in a single layer.
2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, hot sauce, and chopped green onions. Stir until smooth and evenly blended.
3. Spoon the filling evenly into each phyllo shell, filling just to the top.
4. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the filling is hot and lightly bubbling.
5. Let the cups rest for 3 to 4 minutes before serving.
Notes
For a milder version, use a mild buffalo sauce.
The filling can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance and refrigerated.
Reheat leftovers in a 325°F oven to maintain crispness.
