Description

Buffalo Chicken Crostini is a bold, cheesy appetizer made with shredded buffalo chicken, cream cheese, and mozzarella baked on crisp baguette slices and finished with ranch and fresh parsley.


Ingredients

2 cups shredded buffalo chicken

1/3 cup cream cheese, softened

2 green onions, thinly sliced

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 slender French baguette, sliced 3/4-inch thick

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup ranch dressing

2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley, chopped


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a medium bowl, combine shredded buffalo chicken and softened cream cheese until smooth. Fold in green onions.

3. Whisk olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.

4. Arrange baguette slices on the baking sheet and brush with seasoned olive oil.

5. Spoon buffalo chicken mixture onto each slice and spread evenly.

6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over each piece.

7. Bake 6–8 minutes until cheese is melted and edges are crisp.

8. Drizzle with ranch dressing, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
