Description

Creamy, bold Buffalo Chicken Cheese Ball packed with shredded chicken, cheddar, blue cheese, and spicy Buffalo sauce. Perfect no-bake party appetizer.


Ingredients

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese

1 cup cooked shredded chicken

1/3 cup Buffalo-style hot sauce

2 green onions, finely chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

8 buttery round crackers, finely crushed

2 tablespoons fresh Italian parsley, chopped

1/4 cup sliced almonds, finely chopped

Extra buttery round crackers

Carrot sticks

Celery sticks

Pretzels


Instructions

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until completely smooth and creamy.

2. Stir in the shredded cheddar and crumbled blue cheese until evenly combined.

3. In a separate bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, Buffalo-style hot sauce, chopped green onions, and garlic powder.

4. Add the chicken mixture to the cheese mixture and fold until fully blended.

5. Shape into a smooth ball, wrap tightly, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

6. Combine crushed crackers, chopped almonds, and parsley in a shallow dish.

7. Roll the chilled cheese ball in the coating mixture, pressing gently.

8. Transfer to a serving plate and serve with crackers, carrot sticks, celery, and pretzels.
