Description
Buffalo Chicken Biscuit Bombs are cheesy, spicy stuffed biscuits filled with tender chicken, hot buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and pepper jack cheese. Perfect for game day or parties.
Ingredients
1/2 cup hot buffalo-style sauce
1/4 cup unsalted butter
2 cooked chicken breasts, diced
2 tablespoons creamy ranch-style dressing
2 (16-ounce) cans refrigerated biscuit dough
8 ounces pepper jack cheese, cut into small cubes
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the butter until melted. Stir in the hot sauce until smooth and combined.
3. Add the diced chicken and ranch-style dressing to the sauce. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
4. Separate the biscuit dough and place each piece on the prepared baking sheet. Gently stretch each biscuit into a slightly larger circle.
5. Spoon a portion of the buffalo chicken mixture into the center of each biscuit. Place a cube of pepper jack cheese on top.
6. Fold the edges of the dough up and over the filling, pinching firmly to seal. Place each biscuit seam-side down.
7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the biscuits are puffed and golden brown.
8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving so the filling sets slightly.
Notes
Seal the dough tightly to prevent filling from leaking.
Adjust spice level by choosing mild or hot buffalo sauce.
Best served warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
