Flaky crescent dough filled with creamy white barbecue chicken, turkey bacon, and melted pepper jack cheese, baked until golden and irresistible.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups cooked chicken, finely chopped
3/4 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
1 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
2/3 cup white barbecue sauce
2 (8-ounce) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a medium bowl, mix chopped chicken, turkey bacon, shredded pepper jack cheese, and white barbecue sauce until evenly combined.
3. Unroll crescent dough and press perforated seams together to form rectangles. Cut each rectangle into 8 equal squares.
4. Place a generous tablespoon of filling in the center of each square.
5. Bring four corners up and pinch edges firmly to seal into bundles.
6. Arrange seam-side up on baking sheet.
7. Bake 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
8. Cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Finely chop the chicken for even distribution.
Seal edges firmly to prevent filling from leaking.
Reheat in oven at 350°F for best texture.
