Description

Ingredients
3 pounds chicken wings, separated into flats and drumettes
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup buffalo-style sauce (optional)
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce (optional)
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 teaspoon minced garlic (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
2. Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
3. Place wings in a large bowl and sprinkle with baking powder and salt. Toss until evenly coated.
4. Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
5. Cook for 10 minutes.
6. Open the air fryer and turn each wing using tongs.
7. Cook for another 8 minutes until crispy and golden.
8. Transfer wings to a bowl and toss with buffalo sauce, barbecue sauce, or Parmesan and garlic if desired.
9. Repeat with remaining wings and serve immediately.
Notes
Drying the wings well before cooking helps achieve extra crispiness.
Cook wings in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
